A preliminary look at the file referenced in http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2014-March/004245.html shows that the Instrument Mode field in the header
is set to Instrument Mode::Single-Beam Ti:Sa: . Now ImspectorReader?.java seems to look for either TCSPC or FLIM in this field (line 197) in order to set the isFLIM flag to true.

It's not , however, clear whether this field is set manually or not. Hoping to clarify this via ome-users.

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from new to closed

Fixed with https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/1061. New builds are not yet available, but this fix should be included in 5.0.2.
