Description
For some files imported under 4.4 the original_metadata.txt files may be zero-sized or minimal:
[GlobalMetadata] [SeriesMetadata] EOF
These should be removed using the cleanse script and use of that script following an upgrade should be recommended.

The UsedFilesRequest identifies the metadata file ID for the pre-FS images and from the script the client API (repository, raw file store, etc.) could be used to check the file contents and delete the file by ID if need be?

Ah, I was hoping that the sha1s of the original_metadata files would have been set, but it looks like they are all "Pending", otherwise it would have been quite easy to detect the "empty" ones.
