BUG: Import hangs when Import As

On Gretzky, develop
- Login as user-6 on Gretzky
- Make sure user-5 has a Project created in read-write (if not, login as user-5 and create a Project)
- Go Import, test_images_good/dv (the whole folder)
- Still logged in as user-6, import the dv folder As user-10 in read-write Linking the Import into the Project belonging to user-5 in Import Location window
- Import hangs at the last dv file, Upload complete, Importing Metadata (more than 10 mins hang, did not wait longer)
- see screenshot and Insight logs and server logs
- Quit Insight and repeat the workflow - all repeats as before
The Bug is Import As specific - if you import the same folder as user-6 being logged in as user-6, no hang appears.

The problem is not Linking specific. Simple Import As with no P/D selected at import stage will reproduce the bug as well.

The problem is not format-specific. Choosing to import the first image from test_images_good/andor/ reproduces the bug as well.

The problem is not read-write group specific. The same behaviour can be reproduced in read-annotate, login as user-6, import As user-5 into Project of user-3 -> import hangs as above.
