Moved from ​http://fiji.sc/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=649

The Zip file attached to that Bugzilla entry contains the .czi file and screenshots needed to reproduce the problem. As far as I can tell, the ROI coordinates stored in the .czi file are in pixels (not microns).

Fixed with ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/1078; email forthcoming on ome-users/ome-devel with details of how to try this out prior to 5.0.2.
