RFE: Remaining upload time doesn't work for mulit-file images

Description
The current status of the ImportLibrary.uploadFile() method doesn't allow for time estimation with multi-file images. If refactoring happens and splits that method up, refactor the estimation logic. Else - try to provide the time remaining in a more coarse event, so that it takes into account multiple files being uploaded and not only a chunk of bytes.

It would be good to add overestimation to the logic, so that ETA time displayed is a bit higher rather than lower.

Not a great issue - when importing plates the clock leaves you with sense of very strong randomness (as opposed to inaccuracy). See attached movie. The last "5 sec" of the upload took over 1 min (the length of the movie). See sec 30:00 and further of the movie - the reality flashes back for a while, from 5 sec to minute range, but is very intermittent -> feeling of randomness. Also, it is always better to show too long "time left" than showing too short ones. The plate imported in the movie was /data_repo/from_skyking/flex/christophe/B5_1 GFP RFP Draq5 20times 7planes step2.flex. This was treated as a single file. In case the plate is treated as multiple files, the experience is even more random - it would be good to try to show the summary time left for all the files, not of the single files. (e.g. /Volumes/ome/data_repo/from_skyking/flex/anatole/Meas_05(2012-05-16_18-51-33)/001009001.flex)
