From Permission testing. Colin reported the following:
If there is a single tag added multiple times by different users then Insight displays them with the count in brackets, e.g [6] Web displays all the tags separately and so you can use hover-over to find out who added them.
In web you can unlink a single tag added by a single user. In Insight you can only unlink all 6 tags (addded by 6 different users) in one go (at least I can't see an easy way to remove just one).
Further, if I unlink one instance of a tag using the webclient and then go back to Insight then Insight does not show that tag at all. I would expect to see it shown but with the count reduced.

Discussed with Gus and Will, decision was not to modify the UI for 5.1 due to possible implications and time constraints.

Having the tags listed 6 times is not great.
Moving it to 5.0.2 so we start improving the management/display of the tags.
