Add to OmeroShell:

  ./omero [admin] search reindex       # Admin only; Long call!
  ./omero [admin] search reset-index   # Starts reindexing; slow!
  ./omero [admin] search set-frequency # Cron job format
  ./omero [admin] search set-batch-size# Number indexed each time.
  # and
  ./omero search  your query here      # cli
