Provides basic image measurements.

Feature include

• Draw Regions of Interest (ROI) on the image (Rectangle, Ellipse, Line, etc)
• Create ROI across Time and Z-sections
• Measure the geometry and intensity values of the pixels under the ROI
• View histogram of the intensity values.
• Export result to a spreadsheet
