In the Image-Viewer in Windows, I paste some rendering settings so that the image is in greyscale. Then I click the "Undo" button to "Return to default settings". This changes the levels and the left-hand side toolbar shows coloured buttons to indicate that I have gone back to RGB display. However, the image itself is still grey. If I click the RGB-to-grey button at the top left, the toolbar goes back to grey-mode, and the image is still grey (as expected). If I click it again, the image toggles back to RGB display, as expected.
