Upgrade check for when editor starts up.

Description

Checks to see whether the user has the latest version of editor. Also, gives us an idea how many people are using it etc.

Need to ask Josh to fix the server side, so that the String "editor" is recognised.

Fixed. r5427. If check.isUpgradeNeeded() returns true, the user will see a message on the "splash-screen" dialog saying:

WARNING: You may not be using the latest version of this software. please see http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/wiki/MilestoneDownloads
