Hierarchy Browser: Limited selection possible in tree view

The click, then shift-click to select multiple images method supported by the Data Manager is not supported in the Hierarchy Browser's Tree View as can be done in the Data Manager – multiple selections were only possible by shift-clicking individual image names individually.

It also wasn't possible to select multiple images in this way by clicking on thumbnails themselves. Possible enhancement would be a hold-and-drag approach to selection of multiple thumbnails in a similar way to Windows Explorer (drawing a rectangle to select all images in the rectangle).

The first part of the story has been hopefully fixed when merging the browser and data manager.

The second part will be addressed when the drawing tool is moved out the measurement tool.
