Measurement Tool: ROI Manager generating ROI Stats.

The updated ROI manager now allows the representation of the hierarchy of the ROI/ROIShape structure. It allows the calculating and representation of the ROI stats in the graph pane, and intensity views.

This could allow the calculation/display of different stats.

• ROI change in volume over T/Z
• Intensity over T/Z(mean, std dev, etc.)
• It would be useful to provide a mechanism(wizard?) to allow a flow of calculations to do the above.
• First project in Z then calculate intensity std dev of channels 1,2 and compute ratio..
