Description
in the ROI manager it needs to refactored to have a hierarchical representation of the ROI/ROIShape.
Interactions. *In the ROI row the change to the ROI should affect the child ROIShapes. *Fix the selection in the tree column, not appearing. *Fix the expansion policy for the ROI row, should expand the ROIShape rows in a nice manner, expected behaviour. *Add columns to represent more properties of the ROI/ROIShapes but don't display them all, allow users to turn them on and off with the tableControl (affecting all columns). *Add the ability to merge and split, duplicate and propagate ROI,ROIShapes in the managers. (right click menu). *Add sorting and filtering to the treetable, allowing users to show only one or a set of ROI, based on column data, id, z section ....
