It might be an idea to have some analysis functionality :-)
Tools
Analysis tools might include:
- Measurement tool, show measurements on ROIShape objects.
- distance
- angle
- intensity
- Graphing tool
- Analysis Tool
- Measurements over t,z
- Differences between channels
- Statistics
- Quick ROI
- create ROI/ROIShapes from CellProfiler?, Otsu Thresholding, other methods.
