It might be an idea to have some analysis functionality :-)

Tools

Analysis tools might include:

  • Measurement tool, show measurements on ROIShape objects.
    • distance
    • angle
    • intensity
  • Graphing tool
  • Analysis Tool
    • Measurements over t,z
    • Differences between channels
    • Statistics
  • Quick ROI
    • create ROI/ROIShapes from CellProfiler?, Otsu Thresholding, other methods.
