Change the OMEROmetadatastore constructor

Description

There are two versions of the constructor which should really call on the same initialization method.

This needs to be back ported to the milestone:3.0-Beta2.3 branch.

These changes are currently in the 2.3 build... but just need to be sync'd to svn. Reclosed.
