Provide and use OMEIS directory properties

Description

omero.properties should provide an "OMEIS.DIRECTORY" (or similar) property. The directory use defaults to /OME/OMEIS but is configurable in:

  • server/resources/ome/services/services.xml

This is a frequent requirment for testing. Similarly, a "OMEIS.CREATEDIR=true" (or similar) property would be useful.

r1125 provides "omero.data.dir". Default="/OMERO/" This currently must be set at build-time.
