BUG: Exporter: acquisition time not valid

Acquisition time exported is not compatible with schema,
this means that the file does not validate.
The format of the date is wrong:
<AcquiredDate>2004-08-23 14:26:38.0</AcquiredDate>
should be
<AcquiredDate>2004-08-23T14:26:38.0</AcquiredDate>
The 'T' between the date and time part is required by an xsd:dateTime.
Add Tests.
