Remove spring-hibernate jar from build and move to Spring 2.0

spring.jar contains the classes from spring-hibernate.jar as well.

As pointed out in #117, this came up while patching Spring to fix a Hibernate problem. (Heh) And now as pointed out in SPR-2305, it'll be fixed in Spring 2.0 final which comes out this week. Scheduling for fix.
