IPojos and loadContainerHierarchy and findContainerHierarchy

Insight allow user:

- to create dataset without any project,
- to remove image from the dataset,

IPojos does not support it.

According to discussion with Josh findContainerHierarchy could return mixed structure of projects and datasets when Images ids are null.

To clarify: the removal (i.e. delete the links) is not done via IPojos. We will probably need to extend the PojoOptions?. Other cases need to be addressed.

Note that the option to remove (I from D and D from P) and to view datasets not in project, is not a new feature. It was already in the Beta2 version
