  • The Image Workflow (the minimum set of functionality we need to support in the client for final release):
    • Microscope
    • Storage
    • Deconvolve
    • Maximum Intensity Project
    • Export TIFF, OME-TIFF
    • SUM the intensity inside some ROI
    • Measure the distance between two points
    • include: data management, organization, visualization tools
    • Now we should prototype this process with the Usable Image group!!

  • Major adds/change for Beta2 OMERO.server
    • Add the bulk management service
    • Model changes for RGB color handling
    • Make optimizations to color
    • Fill I/O stack optimizations
    • Rendering Changes
      • Handle pixel quantization problem (and similar issues)
      • Add projection handling
    • Statistics/Analysis Stuff
      • Implement initial statistics service
      • Implement an RIO / Pixel retrieval service
      • Add ability to save/retrieve binary data from the server
      • Fix histograms and line profile code so it works
      • Solidify the documentation for the ROI Specification
      • Add the selection and drawing tools. Should handle:
        • Points, squares, and lines
        • basic measurements
  • Major adds/change for Beta2 OMERO.importer
    • Add project/dataset creation feature
    • Add additional file formats: LSM, LAI, OMETiff (and two more?)
    • Re-implement the import code to stand alone as a service
    • Add to import: access time / change time / modification time code
    • Add feature to show server hard drive space in importer (and client?)
    • Re-add the archival feature
Note: See TracRoadmap for help on using the roadmap.
