OmeroSessions : Removing EJB security infrastructure

• Removed app/resources/* files for security
  
• Removed all "@SecurityDomain?" annotations
  
• Removed ejb.properties
  
  • Removed all references to in- or out-of-container
    
  • Renamed out-of-container.xml to datalayer.xml (no more JTA)
