Upgraded to Spring 2.0.6, Hibernate 3.2.5.ga, and JBoss 4.2.1.GA

• Reduced multiple ivy entries per artifact
  
• Added flatrepository under lib/repository
  
• Started putting versions under etc/omero.properties
  
• Fixed super() call in OmeroContext
  
• Fixed r/getBean()/getTarget() in EJB3 InvocationContext
