Reworking TestNG. Closes #100. Needed for #84.

  • Includes patched testng jar (a debug version was in r676)
  • Added testng-dep bsh.jar (removable?)
  • Copied antlib's testng.xml to each component
  • Property svn:mime-type set to application/octet-stream
