Lastest OMERO Milestone Downloads
Here you can find the latest milestone downloads of the OMERO.server and clients. Information about the OMERO 3 milestone schedule can be found here: OMERO Releases.
General instructions:
- OMERO clients are completely written in the Java programming language but require version 1.5 or later.
- The OMERO server and client versions must match, e.g. only Beta3.1 clients with the Beta3.1 server. Please upgrade appropriately using the instructions found on OmeroUpgrade.
OMERO Beta 3.2.1 Downloads (Nov 2008)
The OMERO downloads for Beta 3.2.1 provides a number of bug fixes to the 3.2 branch including: comments and debug dialog fixes, measurement tool fixes, annotation bug fixes. See the milestone:OMERO-Beta3.2 pages for more details and other bug fixes. The 3.2.1 clients are still compatible with a 3.1+ server.
PLEASE NOTE: In our testing with OMERO Beta3 we have seen that importing many thousands of image files will cause OMERO.server to slow down, and possibly need a restart. See wiki:OmeroThrottling for more info. For the moment, please limit imports to no more than 1000 image files at once.
