Add support for Leica SCN versions other than 2010-03-10

Description

Only files with a namespace ending in "2010/03/10" are supported; everything else is incorrectly detected as a plain TIFF.

See leica-scn/michael/*.scn for an example. In this particular case, there is also a deeper issue of the SizeZ, SizeR, etc. not being explicitly defined.
