OMERO Metadata Store Constructors Not Synchronized

Description

The constructors in the OMEROMetadataStore are not synchronized, specifically OMEROMedataDataStore(ServiceFactory).

This should be fixed in trunk and back ported to the milestone:3.0-Beta2.3 branch.
