Keep Basket?

Description
The basket has some functionality that is not provided elsewhere.
- Sharing images with users not in your groups
- To batch annotate data that cannot be selected all at the same time. See #7330
IF we decide to get rid of the basket, we have to be sure that losing this functionality is OK.
Otherwise we should think of ways of improving the basket presentation/ workflow

Basket has been fixed. Still need to fix and clean basket.html

Referring to the previous discussions about accessing groups and keeping/not keeping shares there were no executive decision made as this is useful for people who do not belong to the same groups. If we want to get rid of "basket" we must redundant shares. In order to do it we have to take to the account the followings:
