Description

As a temporary fix for #6224, the find_next_pixels queries added SQL2003 window functions:

   select ..., row_number() over (partition by experimenter) as row from ...

These are not supported on PG 8.3.

Replacing them will take a significant amount of time and possibly include stored procedures with temporary tables.
