Description

Migrate SCIFIO-related components to a permissive license. Publicize the change via inclusion of SCIFIO in open-source community projects. A permissive license is fundamental to the SCIFIO project. It will allow for widespread inclusion of projects, while its plugin structure will allow individual libraries to remain proprietary.
