Tidy/clean up UI docs from gdocs

There are several user interface documents in gdocs that need to be checked to determine if they need to be kept, if so they can be transferred across to a suitable place in trac.
The provisional position would be:

- The Icon review
- template for feedback (share with Emma)
- scientists anonymisation list
- OMERO Interface clients presentation policy (needs to be linked with user story)
- User Sessions created on clients - obtained more recent version then delete old copy
- OMERO working practice checklist? (paper information)
Remove
- web priority list - now kept in backlog Done
- QA information for user testing Done
- 4.3 testing formats Done
