Default behaviour for colour setting

Description
The requirements of working with ROI's on images with a white background is that the normal default behavior of setting a deeper colour for the selection/highlight is not always suitable.
Possible alternative to be considered for this
- a thicker line to indicate the shape of the ROI
- The setting to provide a lighter opaqueness if feasible?
This point of feedback was not a major requirement for moving forward in the development and so it may be addressed a later point in the development process.

we could use the same strategy that I use for the Big images. The color to the selection area depends on the color of the image.
