Description
As of Django 1.2 a new cached template loader has been made available that could be used to speed up template rendering in a "production" environment. This may become especially important as we break templates up more in #7114.

We've decided not to make any use of cached template loader in milestone:OMERO-Beta4.4. Closing, we can re-open or annotate anything we find out about the cached template loader in the future here as needed.
