Description
Web client needs dialog layer instead of JavaScript? alerts. Possible solution http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/

Several commits, up to http://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/commit/06018b057cb1e926c157d88446514c271e263fa2 replace confirm() usage with dialogs. A couple of places were not tested (share and public pages).
To test:
- Delete Project, Dataset, Image, with/without children & annotations.
- Remove Datasets & Images from the Tree.
- Remove file annotations, tags & comments from Images etc.
- Delete Tags from tag tree.
- Delete comments from share? (not tested due to other bugs)
- Delete from 'public'. Not tested.
