Feedback on proposal.
From T:
I have been studying your proposal and it looks good to me. I remember talking to Jean Marie about the same structure. Our base images will certainly fit in this model. Using 6 or 7 D we will be able to interface with OMERO server. Of course we will have to think about useful views on the data for OMERO to become our imaging platform. I am looking forward to be able to test OMERO on our site.

From C:
From my point of view, the new additions seem to do the job just fine, although we will probably only be interested in the "tile" parameter. Am I correct in thinking that it is meant for mosaic tiles?
If so, then how would you propose the best way to actually define it? Right now we are using single files and put x##_y## in the filename for defining their position in the mosaic. Would I now need to define each position as a Label in the XML (e.g.<Label>X00Y00</Label><Label>X01Y00</Label>....)?
And is there a "standard" naming scheme proposed for the filenames if the images are stored in single images (e.g. Series##_x##_y##_z###_ch##.ome.tif)?
