Update to links to git.openmicroscopy.org/src/develop
Some should be changed to git.openmicroscopy.org/src/master
just before the push to release.
Check online validator and ReleasedSchema folder.

Add 2011-06 to released schema and also move all the URLs
from cvs.openmicroscopy.org.uk or svn.openmicroscopy.org.uk
to git.openmicroscopy.org/src/develop

just before the push to release. (see #5336)
