Display delete confirmation for tag/attachment

Description

The minus button in the right hand panel allows for all tags or attachments to be deleted.
This could cause problems if the button is accidentally clicked.
The initial discussion has been to provide a window to allow the user to confirm they wish to delete all the tags or attachments
