Add sphinx pages for each format's non-OME-XML metadata

Description
Suggested by Jean-Marie:
I was talking to Chris about ome-model in general, what we possibly need to review/change/evolve etc. I think it will be very useful if we could have for a given format a list of the metadata found/available in the file or the metadata that can be there Having such lists recorded should make the review of the model more efficient.

Probably sufficient to generate these pages from test_images_good. Adding Sebastien to CC as the new scc autogeneration jobs will need updating once this is done.

I didn't commit the resulting files, as in many cases they're very large files (assuming you generate against /ome/data_repo/from_skyking/datasets, i.e. the full repository).
