Meeting to validate the work done in tickets relating to display of results in Insight. The conclusions are:
- Update fixed parameter in RAPID portlet to a checkbox #4876
- Change the names of the files stored by the script #4877
- Update the general layout to be closer to the image in [1.JPG] #4879
- Move heatmap to left
- Heatmap
- allow picking of heatmap to get lifetime values #4887
- Change background colour of heatmap to black. #4882
- Histogram
- allow picking in histogram to highlight values in heatmap that correspond to bin/s selected #4883
- change x-axis of the histogram to fret efficency values % #4884
- colourmap should have separate text fields for RGB value ranges, continous/discrete, RGB/RGB #4885
- colourmap should allow overlap between colour ranges #4886
- Lifetime chart should be added to the dialog
- Clicking on heatmap should update lifetime values. #4887
- The values should also show statistics associated with lifetimes. #4887
