Description
See the plate in dev.loci.wisc.edu:/data/bd-pathway/karsten/ for an example. All three channels legitimately have the same wavelength, and are thus assigned the same color.
This isn't terribly useful for visualization, but is correct according to what is stored in the files. It should be decided whether to strictly follow the wavelengths when assigning colors, or specially assign colors if the wavelengths are identical.
