Description
- Update script to talk to OMERO
- Add methods to get images from OMERO Datasets, containing control and experimental conditions. [DONE]
- Update the script to attach PDF to Datasets [DONE]
- Update script to attach CSV file to images.
Problems: The way the MPI is set up means that the script either needs to join an existing session to get data, or have the master node send the data via broadcast/scatter gather to the slave nodes.
