BUG: Web ; Funny right-hand panel states

- When multi-select (of images) deleting, clicking on the job "Status" link and then using the browser back button to return to the main OMERO.web page, the right panel is stuck in the multi-select state. A refresh of the page fixes this.
- When an image has been deleted but the UI is out of sync with the state of that image and the user clicks on the image the right-hand panel gives the user a nice message about how the image is inaccessible. This message persists until a page refresh is made.
