Modifed TempFileManager in r5835 (trunk) and r5836 (b_4_1) to use alternate directories if user's home is mounted over CIFS/SMB/etc. and therefore unlockable.

r5844 (trunk) and r5845 (b_4_1) have logging improvements after testing on windows.
