"Send files" should be disabled by default at least for SPW errors.

Description
Having SPW files uploaded frequently could be very dangerous. It's too easy at the moment for SPW to forget to unclick the "send file" toggle. Perhaps if the size is over 100MB or whatever, we add a confirm box?

There is now a notice on the debugMessenger dialog showing the total number and size of the files about to be uploaded, which will go red if more then 100 files or 100M are about to be uploaded.
