BUG: Cannot delete Dataset with other's images

Description
(in Web) Failed to delete dataset belonging to member-all-3. Dataset contained images of member-all-4. There were no annotations neither on D nor on Images.
All happened in read-write-1 (permissions DB) on trout merge. See also line 17 of https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YAxDXfgrtHHtzZUxhRSUsYEYnW34ecGgwXV835FpuHE/edit#gid=1485338836 for the motivation of the test.
Might be identical with http://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/12868, but not sure, the workflow is different (no annotations were used here to cause the problem)

member-all-3 performed the deletion?
I am having trouble reproducing this one. Perhaps I could watch your process?
