Read EXIF data from JPEG files

Description
EXIF metadata is not currently parsed, as it is not supported by ImageIO. Most likely we'll need to use something like https://drewnoakes.com/code/exif/. See also http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2014-May/004438.html.
There are a few example files in jpeg/exif/.

These changes have broken the import of for example test_images_good/jpeg/2kx2k.jpg to OMERO.
Reopening a ticket (this is a regression against 5.0)

I would expect this to be fixed with https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/3516 and https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/1620. Leaving the ticket open though pending verification.
