| 6 | 6 | Virtual stack: initial composite view changes with channel rather than being the same whichever channel is selected; it also seems to contain a subset of the channels rendered in odd colours e.g. dapi->cyan (maybe the same channel is rendered twice in blue and green?) However, if I switch to colour mode all channels are coloured correctly, and if I then switch back to composite it's again back to normal. |
