Add support for SDT files with measurement mode 13

See ​http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2014-February/004203.html. Measurement mode 13 files contain multiple blocks, with each block being a single channel. We already support multiple blocks (as separate series), so updating this to check the measurement mode should not be too difficult.
