Add a few more options to bfconvert

In particular:

  • '-range', similar to showinf's '-range'
  • '-channel', to convert a specific channel
  • '-timepoint', to convert a specific timepoint
  • '-z', to convert a specific Z section
  • one more output file name pattern: "%A", which will be replaced by the acquisition timestamp for the first image in the output file

The '-range' option is now available.

It would also be nice to have '-version' and '-nogroup' (just like in showinf).
