Description

See data in data/varian-mri//*.fid. This is a different format from Varian FDF (#474).

I'd expect this to be fairly easy to support - only the "fid" file in each .fid directory needs to be parsed. The header looks to be 60 bytes, followed by a single raw 32-bit image.
